PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having posh design properties by enhancing the visual effects of appearance. SOLUTION: In this indoor unit of the air conditioner, having a suction panel 10 mounted on the front surface of an indoor unit body 1, the suction panel 10 is formed by two-colored molding of a translucent resin layer 11, at the front surface and an opaque resin layer 12 at the rear surface, and the translucent resin layer 11 has a prescribed pattern and is exposed to the opaque resin layer.
