PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composite material reduced in fall-off of vapor phase method carbon fibers while maintaining favorable conductivity and improved in breaking elongation relating to moldability. SOLUTION: The conductive resin composite material contains a polycarbonate resin and the vapor phase method carbon fiber. The average fiber outer diameter of the vapor phase method carbon fiber is at least 100 nm and not more than 150 nm, The polycarbonate resin is mixed with the vapor phase method carbon fiber at a ratio of 1-11.2 pts.mass of the vapor phase method carbon fiber to 100 pts.mass of the polycarbonate resin, and the breaking elongation is at least 30%.
