PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backrest with a headrest in a chair simply and integrally manufacturing the headrest with the backrest, clearly sectionalizing a backrest section and a headrest section and providing them with optimal properties respectively. SOLUTION: Extension frames 23 and 23 directed upward, is consecutively provided from the upper ends of both-side frames 18 and 18 in a back frame 22, which is formed by connecting the upper ends of the pair of right/left vertical side frames 18 and 18 by a horizontal upper frame 19, and the upper ends of both the extension frames 23 and 23 are connected to each other by a horizontal top frame 24, to form a headrest frame 25. The headrest and the backrest 9 are integrally formed by tensioningly providing a bag-shaped tension material 26 whose lower end is opened, from the headrest frame 25 towards the back frame 22.
