PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device for a vehicle preventing interference of a fuel tank and a muffler and protecting the fuel tank even when impact is applied to a vehicle body on its side surface. SOLUTION: In the exhaust device for a vehicle 1, a front floor 5 and a rear floor 6 are disposed between a right and left pair of side panels 4L, 4R, an exhaust pipe 11 is arranged extendingly from an engine 8 to the rear part of the vehicle through the lower part of the front floor 5 and the rear floor 6, a muffler 14 is disposed in a portion of the exhaust pipe 11 passing the lower part of the rear floor 6, the fuel tank 15 is disposed in the side in the vehicle width direction of the muffler 14, and a front part side of the front floor 5 and a rear part side of the muffler 14 of the exhaust pipe 11 are elastically supported respectively by a vehicle body through mountings. In the exhaust device, a part on the opposite side to the side the fuel tank 15 is disposed in the vehicle width direction with respect to the exhaust pipe 11 of the lower part of the front floor 5 (point O1) and the exhaust pipe 11 (point O2) are connected by a metal wire 16 sagging in the intermediate part.
