<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of a polyamide resin composition suitable for preventing the polyamide resin from yellowing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion of the polyamide resin composition comprises the polyamide resin and an ammonium compound. The polyamide resin composition preferably comprises a mixture consisting of 99.99-50 pts.wt. polyamide resin and 0.01-50 pts.wt. ammonium compound. The ammonium compound is preferably one selected from the group consisting of an ammonium salt of a sulfuric acid ester, an ammonium salt of a carboxylic acid, an ammonium salt of sulfonic acid, an ammonium salt of a phosphoric acid ester and an inorganic ammonium salt.
