<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing method which reduces a ghost phenomenon effectively at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The read image is divided into bands (S502), and a ghost illumination light distribution is computed from a specific channel for each band (S504).
