<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip case easy to mount on a wiper blade body, and capable of reducing assembling man-hours and the cost in the clip case mounted on a blade body in a flat blade. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A clip case 1 comprises a lower side member 10, an upper side member 20 and screw members 30. The lower side member 10 includes an installation surface 11 bent in a bending part 14 in an initial state, side faces 12 extended from both sides of the installation surface, and claw parts 13 provided on the side faces 12. When mounting the clip case 1, the installation surface 11 is deformed into a flat state by pressing the installation surface 11 in the initial state of being disposed on the wiper blade body 2 with a pressing surface 21 of the upper side member 20, and the claw parts 13 of the lower side member 10 are fitted into fitting holes 45 of the wiper blade body 2 by moving both side faces 12 of the lower side member 10 in the direction of narrowing the interval.
