PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double rubber band that can easily and securely bind a package of complicated shape or suchlike and can also be used as an ordinary rubber band. SOLUTION: The double rubber band has parallel cuts made in a cut surface thereof. The double rubber band can easily and securely be fastened to bind a package of complicated shape.
