PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure for attaching a shower hose which makes usability excellent by automatically turning an elbow so that a hose base end of the shower hose cannot be positioned below a discharge opening for a faucet even if the hose base end is stopped in a forward-directed attitude due to the movability of the shower hose. SOLUTION: Both the discharge opening 15 for the faucet and a discharge opening 16 for a shower are arranged in front and rear positions in such a manner that the discharge opening 15 is in a position B ahead of the discharge opening 16, in the undersurface of a water supply device body switching a water ejection state and a water stop one by opening and closing an on/off-valve 5; a vertical pipe 18a of the elbow 18 is connected to the discharge opening 16 so as to be turnable; the hose base end 19a of the shower hose 19 having a tp provided with a shower head is connected to a horizontal pipe 18b of the elbow 18; and the rotational axis line M of the vertical pipe 18a of the elbow 18 is set perpendicular in a front view, and inclined to be located in a more forward position B toward a lower end from an upper end in a lateral view.
