<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation aid allowing a user to be rehabilitated alone anytime and anywhere as the user likes to quicken the recovery of physical functions, allowing an athlete, etc. to train the grip of fingers and hands or arms anytime and anywhere as well, eliminating the shortage of occupational therapists, and being useful for reduction of the labor cost. <P>SOLUTION: The rehabilitation aid includes a five-finger glove 1 to be worn in a hand to be rehabilitated or strengthened, and five rubber cords whose one ends are fixed to the wrist inner side part 2 of the glove. The other ends of the five rubber cords extending from the fixed parts are connected to the five finger tips of the glove respectively.
