COOKING DEVICE FOR LITTLE FISH AND METHOD FOR COOKING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device for little fish which can efficiently cook little fish.

SOLUTION: The cooking device 1 for little fish includes a body 10, a ventilating conveyer 11 which passes through the body 10 and transfers little fish, and vapor supply means 12 which are arranged oppositely across the conveyer 11 in the body 10 and spray vapor to the little fish transferred by the ventilating conveyer 11. Among the vapor supply means 12, those which are positioned above the conveyer 11 are upper vapor supply means 12a and those which are positioned under the conveyer 11 are lower vapor supply means 12b.
