PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when an inclined surface of a concave reflection surface is formed so as to oppose a light-emitting element, a light reflected on the concave reflection surface and radiated from the light-emitting device is dispersed in a wide range and light collecting performance is deteriorated.
SOLUTION: In the light-emitting device 1, a transparent member 7 has a plurality of recesses separated from a substrate 3 on at least a part of a lower surface, wherein the bottom of each of the recesses is positioned above the light-emitting element and a side of each of the recesses close to the light-emitting element has a portion inclined so that an angle with the main surface of the substrate is ≥90° in the cross section of the transparent member perpendicular to the main surface of the substrate. The inclination angle of an inclined portion of each of the recesses is set depending on a distance from the light-emitting element.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
