<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a printing waiting time for a user depending on determination processing of whether specific information is contained or not, performed for avoiding an unauthorized outflow of a confidential document. <P>SOLUTION: A computer is functioned as an image generating apparatus comprising: a specific information determination processing section 30 for determining whether or not document data created by document creation application software (document processing section 10) contain specific information; and a control processing section 20 for determining whether or not document data can be printed in accordance with a determination result of the specific information determination processing section 30 when a printing command is outputted from the document creation application software, and outputting a determination result to the document creation application software.
