PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve steering stability and eccentric wearing-resistance while exhibiting excellent wet gripping performance. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes blocks 6 of parallelogram shapes divided by inclined lateral grooves 3 inclined/extended to a rear side in a tire rotation direction while increasing an inclination angleαrelative to a tire circumferential direction toward an outer side in a tire axial direction and a plurality of circumferential connection grooves 4 for connecting them. In the inclined lateral groove 3, at a range of an area at an outer side in the tire axial direction than an innermost crossing position Pi crossed to the innermost circumferential connection groove 4i and at an inner side in the tire axial direction than the outermost crossing position Po crossed to the outermost circumferential connection groove 4o, groove depth Dy of the inclined lateral groove 3 substantially forms a constant level.
