PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitored device management system for detecting a device connected to a network and monitoring the detected device as a device to be monitored. SOLUTION: In the monitored device management system, when both LUN (Logical Unit Number) security information of a storage device 20000 and setting information of an iSNS (Internet Storage Name Service) server 35000 can be acquired, a management server 30000 acquires an iSCSI (Internet Small Computer System Interface) initiator name permitted to access the storage system 20000 in reference to a setting state of LUN security acquired from the monitored storage 20000. The management server 30000 acquires an IP (Internet Protocol) address from the iSNS server 35000 for the initiator name that does not exist on a monitored host, adds it to a monitored node, and excludes a node inaccessible on a GUI (Graphical User Interface) from the monitoring when the access to the monitored node from the management server 30000 is disabled for a predetermined time due to removal from the network.
