PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that when a traveling vehicle body of a seedling transplanter reduces speed or stops in a front up inclined posture, the floating power of a float decreases and the seedling transplanter sinks below the soil surface, and by the sinking of a fertilizing tube installed in the float, mad tends to clog the fertilizing tube, and accurate gutter cutting or fertilizing action cannot be performed. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter installing the fertilizing tube 4 for guiding fertilizer to the soil surface of the seedling-transplanting position on the float 3 supporting the seedling-transplanter 2 attached to the rear part of a vehicle body 1 and leveling the soil surface of the seedling-transplanting position, while sliding on the soil surface is provided by automatically lift up-controlling the seedling transplanter 2 relative to the vehicle body 1 by increasing the front up inclination of the vehicle body 1 and also by coming the traveling speed to a halt, for floating up the earth-contacting surface of the float 3 to be able to reduce the sinking amount of the fertilizing tube 4 to the beneath of soil surface and preventing the mad-clogged state in the fertilizing tube 4.
