<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stator and a rotor to be effectively cooled by only the circulation structure of compressed air. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stator 6 and the rotor 16 are cooled by passing the compressed air from air inhaling part 12 provided in a frame part 4 through an air passage 11 provided between the stator 6 and the frame part 4 and a gap 17 between the stator 6 and the rotor 16 and by discharging the air from an air discharge port 14 provided at the air inhaling part 12 side of the frame part 4 and another air discharge port 15 provided at the bearing bracket part 5.
