<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device dispensing with an input work of a setting value by an operator relative to an article size or the like, capable of determining accurately biting of a content into a seal part even when an article is supplied into the X-ray inspection device in any direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A binary image generation part 94 generates a first binary image (image data S13A) by binarizing an X-ray transmission image by using a brightness value which is lower than a brightness level of the seal part 31 as a first threshold TH1, and generates a second binary image (image data S13B) by binarizing the X-ray transmission image by using a brightness value which is lower than the first threshold TH1 and higher than a brightness level of a part of a tee 30 as a second threshold TH2.
