<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation method of electric power using exhaust heat, effectively using heat energy of exhaust gas recovered as hot water to increase output of a generator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hot water acquired by heat exchangers 11, 12 for recovering exhaust heat is supplied to flashers 13, 14, and saturated steam acquired by the flashers 13, 14 are supplied to a steam turbine 16 to drive a generator 15. When the wet steam discharged from the steam turbine 16 is supplied to a condenser 17 to turn the wet steam into the water, an adsorption refrigerator 19 is used as a means for cooling water discharged from the condenser 16 and supplying it to the condenser 16, and the hot water discharged from the flasher 14 is used as heat source water for heating adsorbent 29 of the adsorption refrigerator 19.
