PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diesel fuel additive composition stably dispersible in a diesel fuel, effective for cleaning and removing a deposit originated from polymeric materials, a water-soluble deposit and a water-insoluble deposit at the same time and free from adverse influence on the cleaned object, and to provide a cleaning method using the composition. SOLUTION: The diesel fuel additive composition comprises, by mass, (a) 50-80% of a polyoxyalkylene alkylamine of general formula (1), (b) 5-20% of a glycol monoalkyl ether, (c) 5-15% of a glycol dialkyl ether, (d) 5-15% of a heterocyclic compound and (e) 1-5% of water.
