PURPOSE: A cooling device is provided to improve energy efficiency by heat-exchanging frozen refrigerant with an object to be cooled. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a vaporizer(120), a cooling unit(130), and a heat exchanger(140). The vaporizer vaporizes liquid gas and supplies the fuel to an automobile engine. The cooling part is formed near the vaporizer and comprise refrigerant cooled by endoergic reaction which is generated when liquid gas is evaporated. The refrigerant is connected to the cooling part to circulate around the object to be cooled. The heat exchanger exchanges low temperature heat of the refrigerant with the high temperature heat generated by the object. The object comprises a semiconductor light source and a heat radiating housing. The heat radiating housing emits the heat generated from a semiconductor optical source. The heat exchanger is positioned on the surface of the heat radiating housing.
