PURPOSE: A biogas producing device is provided to prevent overload by maintaining performance of reaction device by removing floating sludge problems caused by using materials containing solids such as stockbreeding waste, and to improve productivity of biogas. CONSTITUTION: A biogas producing device includes the following: a lower tank(10) of which water surface is lowered; an upper tank(11) of which water surface goes up; a pump(12) transferring water towards the upper tank; a valve(13) for controlling water, which is used for naturally transfer the water towards the lower tank; and a lower plate(16) having a plurality of vertical pipes(15). |
