<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that many known instruments to train and treat the muscles of legs and loins are a mechanism to mechanically move the legs fixed to the instruments forward and rearward and rightward and leftward or a mechanism wherein even if leg mounting portions on which the legs are mounted are belts, the right and left leg mounting belts interlockinly move, raising one leg and lowering the other leg, cannot raise or lower both of the legs simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The leg swing equipment is formed of one or more bow-shaped crossbeams whose lower portions are convexities and a support vertically supporting the crossbeams.
