<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording material having excellent storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: A phenol compound represented by formula (I) is included in a heat sensitive recording layer of the heat sensitive recording material constituted of the heat sensitive recording layer and a support. In the formula, X, Y, and Z each independently represents a 1-10C alkyl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 6-20C aryl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 7-20C arylalkyl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 2-20C heterocyclic group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, or a halogen atom; k represents a number of 0 to 4; and p and r each represents a number of 0 to 4, provided that k+p+r is an integer of 1 or greater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
