<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional information processing system, confidential information may be leaked during communication between a client device and a server device. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing system includes a server device and at least one client device. The server device retrieves template sentence information associated with a keyword included in request information from the client device, and transmits resultant response information to the client device. The client device transmits the request information including the keyword to the server device, acquires description sentence information by receiving the response information to the request information, and prepares a patent application document that is information on a patent application including the description sentence information.
