<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of suppressing paper intervals from being generated when printing data in which commands for both-faced printing and commands for single-faced printing are mixedly present, an image forming method, an image forming control program, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not the commands for both-faced printing and the commands for single-faced printing are mixedly present in the printing demand received by a printing data analyzing section 302. When it is determined that the commands for both-faced printing and the commands for single-faced printing are mixedly present in the printing demand, an interleave number of sheets which can be housed in a conveying passage is determined, the output order of printing images is decided based on the determined number of sheets, blank images are inserted while deciding switching timing from the both-faced printing to the single-faced printing, thereby it is possible to suppress the paper interval from being generated and improve the productivity of the printing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
