<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information system sharing medical information of patients among a plurality of medical institutions regardless of the difference in data format to be treated for each medical institution, and to provide an information terminal therefor, and a server. <P>SOLUTION: The medical information system 1 includes: an information terminal 100a for processing medical information of a format A; an information terminal 100b for processing medical information of a format B; and a medical information management server 200 for storing and managing the medical information to be treated by the information terminal 100a and the medical information to be treated by the information terminal 100b.
