摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analyzing method which enables the simple analysis of a biochemical substance or the like with high sensitivity in a relatively short analyzing time by reducing background noise. <P>SOLUTION: The quantitative analyzing method uses a detecting cartridge 1 equipped with: a flow channel 8 to which a solution to be inspected containing a substance to be detected is supplied; the storage part 16 provided on the way of the flow channel 8; and the detection part 18 provided on the downstream side of the storage part 16 in the flow channel 8. The methods includes steps of: concentrating an associated compound of a molecule recognizing reagent labelled by metal nanoparticles and the substance to be detected in the storage part 16; dissolving the metal nanoparticles bonded to the associated compound to obtain a metal ion solution; feeding the metal ion solution to the detection part 18; and measuring the concentration of metal ions and quantifying the concentration of the substance to be detected, corresponding to the concentration of metal ions in the detection part 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
