<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress breakage of a sheet at a perforation when conveying the sheet with the perforation. <P>SOLUTION: A perforation processing device 700 is provided with: conveying roller pairs 702, 703; a perforation processing unit 711; and a perforation processing control unit 971 for controlling the sheet conveying speed of the conveying roller pairs 702, 703. The perforation processing control unit 971 controls the sheet conveying speed of the conveying roller pairs 702, 703 to the first speed when conveying the sheets not subjected to the perforation by the perforation processing unit 711 by the conveying roller pairs 702, 703.
