<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rotor type brushless motor reducing a cost more than conventional devices and fixing the position of a stator core at a holding member such as a bracket. <P>SOLUTION: In the inner rotor type brushless motor, the holding member holding the stator core includes: a mounting surface formed in a surface vertical in the axial direction of a shaft and brought into contact with an opposite member installing the inner rotor type brushless motor; a plurality of bending-erecting parts erecting their own bendings approximately vertically from the mounting surface and holding the outer peripheral surface of the stator core; and a plurality of mounting flanges for clamping the motor to the opposite member.
