PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition not only exhibiting excellent storage stability but also capable of forming a coated film or a pattern having high transmittance. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains (A) a binder resin and (B) at least one kind of compounds selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic anhydride and a compound having at least two carboxyl groups, wherein the binder resin (A) is prepared by polymerizing at least (A-a) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, and (A-b) a monomer copolymerizable with the component (A-a) and/or (A-c) a monomer having a 2-4C cyclic ether group.
