<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-refill writing utensil which can secure sufficient impact absorbing performance and silent movability during retracting a writing element, also suppress an increase in manufacturing cost, and also, has a sufficient non-slip property of a manipulation part to a finger tip. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of writing elements 3 are housed in a barrel 2 in a way that the writing element 3 is movable back and forth, and the manipulation part 41 of a manipulator 4 located at the rear end of each writing element 3 is made to project through a window hole 22 of the side wall of the barrel 2. The manipulation part 41 is made to slide forward along the window hole 22, then a pen point 31 of the writing element 3 is made to appear and retract through a forward end hole 21 of the barrel 2, and an impact damping part 47 formed of an elastic resin which comes into contact with a contact wall 52 of the barrel 2 during retracting the pen point is arranged at the rear end of each manipulator 4. Furthermore, the impact damping part 47 and the manipulator 4 are formed in two colors by monolithic molding. A non-slip part 48 formed of an elastic resin is arranged on the outer surface of the manipulation part 41, and both the non-slip part 48 and the manipulator 4 are formed in two colors by monolithic molding.
