PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein rocking is caused by thrust generated by the rotation of a jet fan, and especially these days, the jet fan is sometimes operated in a reverse direction to an air current inside a tunnel and at this time, the jet fan is shaken to cause larger rocking, which accelerates the progress of wear, metal fatigue, or the like of a connecting implement and a top support member to adversely affect the service life of members with a risk of giving unpleasant feelings to people in running vehicles in a tunnel. SOLUTION: A top hanging member 11 has a connecting hole 12 almost in the center part of a tongue 13 extended downward, and a bolt is inserted through the connecting hole 12 by a shackle-like connecting implement 21 to connect the top hanging member 11. The tongue 13 of the top hanging member 11 is provided with an abutting part 1 abutting on the connecting implement 21, on the connecting implement 21 side.
