METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE OF METAL SHEET, AND LAMINATE OF METAL SHEET MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any defective fixing of an inner panel which is held by a flange part of an outer panel and integrally fixed thereto in a laminate of metal sheets such as aluminum alloy sheets. SOLUTION: A laminate is constituted of an inner panel 2 and an outer panel 3 of an aluminum alloy sheet. In the inner panel 2, positioning holes 2c are formed at least two or more parts of each edge part 2b so as not to overlap on the same edge part 2b. The inner panel 2 is laminated on the outer panel 3. Each edge part 3b of the outer panel 3 is folded to form a flange part 3c. Each edge part 2b of the inner panel 2 is held and a locking projection 3d projectingly formed at the flange part 3c is tightly fitted in each positioning hole 2c of the inner panel 2.
