PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone and a fitting structure of the same for reducing the number of members required for the fitting and enabling simplified fitting and removing procedures only by a user. SOLUTION: The fitting structure includes at least a cylindrical body 12, a collar 22 formed at the upper end part of the body 12, and a microphone unit arranged at the upper side of the collar 22 with coverage by a head cover 32. On the exposed surface reaching the head cover 32 via the collar 22 from the external circumferential surface 13 of the body 12, a flock layer 42 attained by electrostatic implantation of short fiber 43 is provided to form a microphone 11.
