<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair loading/unloading device for allowing a wheelchair, which comes in from the rear side door opening of a vehicle body side part and is stored in a vehicle chamber, to be directed forward in posture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wheelchair loading/uploading device 1 includes: a horizontal plate 9 horizontally arranged on a locker panel constituting the lower part of the rear side door opening 5 in the rear part of the vehicle body; and a slope plate 10 which is arranged by inclination and whose upper end 25 is removably connected to the horizontal plate 9 and lower end 28 is grounded on a road surface 29. The horizontal plate 9 includes: the first plate material 50; the second plate material 51 rotatably connected to the first plate material 50; and the third plate material 52 rotatably connected to the second plate material 51. When the slope plate 10 is removed from the horizontal plate 9, the first to third plate materials 50, 51, 52 are folded, so as to store the horizontal plate at a storage position along the internal side surface of a rear side door 4.
