CONSTITUTION: A cup holder for a vehicle comprises a fixture(100), a lift body(200), a resisting unit(300) and a flap(400). The fixture comprises a cup holder. The lift body is elastically supported upwards from the fixture. The resisting unit selectively limits the raise of the lift body. The flap connects the lift cody to the fixture. The flap is elastically projected inwards when the lift body moves down.
