<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate with a circuit, in which design flexibility of first and second terminals, and a slider and light-emitting device is enhanced, and an optical assist method is adopted, while density of first and second terminals can be suppressed low. <P>SOLUTION: In the suspension substrate 1 with a circuit which is equipped with a conductor pattern 7. The conductor pattern 7 is provided to include: a head side terminal 16 which is provided on a surface of the suspension substrate 1 with the circuit; and a component side terminal 22 which is provided on a back surface of the suspension substrate 1 with the circuit. The slider 39, which carries a magnetic head 38, carries the magnetic head 38 and the head side terminal 16 so that they are electrically connected with, and the light-emitting device 40 so as to be electrically connected with the component side terminal 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
