摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bis-arylamine derivative with high purity in high yield through a shortened production step, by carrying out a direct carbon-carbon bond formation reaction without protecting an amino group in a bis-arylamine derivative with a protective group. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the bis-arylamine derivative represented by formula (3): [(Ar<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>-Ar<SB>1</SB>]<SB>2</SB>-NH with high purity in high yield in a single step comprises carrying out a carbon-carbon bond formation reaction between a specific bis-arylamine derivative and a boronic acid derivative represented by formula (2): Ar<SB>2</SB>-Y using a specific base and a catalyst so as to inhibit side reactions such as a deboronization reaction, a homo-coupling reaction and a carbon-nitrogen bond formation reaction. The catalyst comprises a palladium compound and a phosphine compound containing at least one substituent chosen from a tert-butyl group, an adamantyl group and a cyclohexyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
