PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure and a case having the drainage structure free from intrusion of rainwater and the like into the case through drain holes for draining the water in the case. SOLUTION: An electrolyzed water production device and an electric component box receiving an electric circuit section supplying power to the electrolyzed water production device, are disposed in the single case, a piping lead-out panel and a salt solution tank-side panel of the case are provided with introduction ports, and the outside air is introduced to cool the electric circuit section. A plurality of drain holes 95 are formed in line on a bottom plate 90 of the case to drain the water intruding together with the outside air, gutter-shaped cover members 70, 71 are disposed at a back side of the drain holes 94, 95 in line, and the cover members 70, 71 are provided with drain holes 74, 75 on positions not fitted to the drain holes 94, 95.
