PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor with built-in oil separator capable of efficiently forming a swirl flow within an oil separation chamber, while forming communication holes provided between a discharge chamber and the oil separation chamber by a mating structure of two members for constituting the compressor, with excellent separation capability of the oil separator. SOLUTION: A compressor with built-in oil separator includes a separation chamber arranged adjacent to a discharge chamber, for separating an introduced oil-containing gas into gas and oil through a centrifugal separation process, and causing the separated oil to fall downward, and extruding the gas upward, and communication holes between the discharge camber and the separation chamber for introducing the oil-containing gas from the discharge chamber to the separation chamber. The compressor with built-in oil separator forms the oil separator by a mating structure of two members for constituting the compressor, causes a position of the mating surface of the mating structure to offset by a predetermined distance from a center position of a cross-sectional plane of the separation chamber toward a one mating member side, and forms the communication holes on the one mating member side.
