PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust two phases of voltages to be supplied to a single phase load in a home so that it may fall into a specified voltage reference range. SOLUTION: A two-phase selector 120 has: a control unit 122, which detects each voltage (a phase voltage Va and c phase voltage Vc) of two voltage lines 12a and 12c, and determines whether each detected voltage (Va and Vb) of the two voltage lines 12a and 12c deviates from a specified voltage reference range or not; and a voltage selector 125, which selects one voltage line not having deviated from the voltage reference range from between the two voltage lines 12a and 12c which supply a single phase load 20 with two phases of voltages (P phase voltage Vp and N phase voltage Vn), together with one neutral line 12b.
