PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film balun which has attenuation characteristics in a desired frequency range while keeping miniaturization. SOLUTION: The thin-film balun includes an unbalanced transmission line 2 having a first coil C1 and a second coil C2, an unbalanced transmission line 3 having a third coil C3 and a fourth coil C4 magnetically coupled with the first coil C1 and second coil C2, respectively, a first balanced terminal T1 connected to the third coil C3, a second balanced terminal T2 connected to the fourth coil C4, and an auxiliary coil C5 connected between the third coil C3 and first balanced terminal T1 and/or between the fourth coil C4 and second balanced terminal T2.
