<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer particle which can obtain an antistatic resin composition which has sufficient transparency and to which sufficient antistatic is given when used for an antistatic resin composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The graft copolymer particle comprises: 100 pts.mass of a rubber-like trunk polymer particle (X) which is prepared by the copolymerization of: 1-50 mass% of an alkylene oxide group-containing monomer which has an alkylene oxide group and an ethylene-based unsaturated bond; and a monomer composition containing 50-99 mass% of at least one rubber-like trunk-forming monomer chosen from a conjugated diene and an acrylic acid ester; 1-100 pts.mass of a styrene-based polymer particle (Y) consisting of a styrene-based unsaturated monomer which is internally capsuled in the polymer particle (X); and 1-500 pts.mass of an ethylenic polymer (Z) which exists on a surface of the polymer particle (X) and consists of a first ethylene-based unsaturated monomer (e), and is such that mean particle diameters of the polymer particles (X) and the styrene-based polymer particles (Y) satisfy a specific relational expression.
