<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending tool easily moving a suspended cargo without imposing a useless load on a wire rope or the suspending tool when transversely moving the suspended cargo by using a transversely unmovable lifting means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This suspending tool 20 arranged between the suspended cargo 10 and the lifting means is provided with: a straight rod part 21 suspended with the suspended cargo 10 and provided with a suspending hole 25; a rotation support part 26 for rotatably holding the straight rod part 21 in a center part; and a rotation plate part 27 provided with a plurality of locking holes 29 capable of connecting the lifting means on a substantial circumference with the rotation support part 26 as a center.
