<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating member, a method of manufacturing the coating member, and a coating product. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coating member is prepared by: arranging a peelable member where a letter, picture, pattern, logo or mark is expressed on a part or all of the surface of a transmitting substrate; forming a picture pattern layer by the use of a coating member; forming a surface layer by the use of the coating member from the upper part including the picture pattern layer formed on the surface of the transmitting substrate after removing the peelable member; and forming a coated layer having an appearance of stealth property, gradation property or blurring property. That is, the coating member is characterized in that not only the coloring property of expressing the appearance of stealth property, gradation property or blurring property but also the functionality of adhesiveness and scuffing resistance is imparted to the surface of the transmitting substrate, wherein a coated layer properly containing silicone resin, alkoxy siloxane, alkoxysilane and pigment is formed.
