PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic laminated polyester film having a coated layer including a cationic polymer type antistatic agent which has excellent coating external appearance and antistatic properties compared to the conventional one without using a surface active agent such as a fluorine compound capable of coming to an environmental load. SOLUTION: The antistatic laminated polyester film has a coated layer on at least one side of a polyester film and the coated layer is constituted of a composition including, based on the weight of the coated layer, (A) 20-70 wt.% nonionic acrylic copolymer, (B) 15-60 wt.% antistatic agent having a repeating unit represented by formula (1), and (C) 0.5-25 wt.% surfactant having a polyoxyalkylene phenyl ether in which the side chain of the phenyl group is replaced with a plurality of substituents including an aromatic ring.
