PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner manufacturing equipment of less changing of the ejecting directions of the toner composition liquid over aging, capable to form uniform droplets and to efficiently manufacture toner less changing in flowability and charging characteristics, even when increasing the number of thin film nozzles in a liquid reservoir, and to provide a manufacturing method of the toner and the toner. SOLUTION: The toner manufacturing equipment includes at least a reservoir to store the toner composition liquid containing at least a resin and coloring agents, a thin film formed in this reservoir and including a number of nozzles to make droplets of the toner composition liquid and to eject them periodically, and a particle forming means to solidify the droplets of the toner composition liquid.
