<p>Subject: a system automatically controlling in a production line the right fixation of caps onto bottles, the level, the label and the expiry date. Constitution: a digital camera taking picture of each passing bottle and sending each photo thereof to an image-treating unit, adequate lighting, mechanical system regulating the position of the above constituent parts, and a system rejecting the defected bottles. When the size of the bottles is greater or smaller than the programmed reference values, the operator adjusts the screws and conducts the camera to the adequate position or moves the position of the cameraÆs trigger sensor approximately obtaining almost the same values. In this way, the position of the camera may be adequately adjusted according to the axis xyz of the bottle position.</p> |
