PURPOSE: A waterproof packing box is provided to obtain excellent water proofing property due to a corner form without an opened part even when moisture is created during a thawing process of ice for maintaining freshness of content. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof packing box(100) includes a box body(200) having an opened upper part and a lid(300) which is placed on the edge of a side wall of the box body to close the opened upper part of the box body. The surface of corrugated cardboard forming the box body and the lid are waterproof-processed. The side wall(220) of the box body has a cavity wall structure. A corner part is inserted into the inner space which is prepared in the side wall of the cavity wall structure.
